The physical outcome just might be easier to attend to than the psychological results of the screen.  everything is captivating but just to get out, yell, run, be part of something real is important.

@Tinkrbl44   oh yes, the cereal boxes. Those were a treat in our house I am 78, and even back in the 50's my mom rarely bought boxed cereal, darn it. No one buys  the boxed cereal today lol they took all the sugar nd good stuff out. lol. So expensive. They ruined Coco Puffs.  That used to be my favorite dessert. lol. Kiddin, but they were so good

Wheaties had Bruce Jenner and other athletes on the boxes.

 

My mother thought Cheerios were the healthiest, with Rice Krispies as a second choice.   They appeared to have less sugar.
