I know QVC doesn't want to add new categories for the Forum posts.  However I seriously think there should be a category titled IT Issues.  It would relieve the Customer Care Mods of having to deal with problems they have no control over.  It should be lead by people with the knowledge on how to get issues fixed or at least let us know what is going on.  Just wishing, Robot Frustrated

It would be a great idea if IT were moderating it then.  If they could come and give feedback.  As it stands now the mods have to inform the IT group when things go awry here.  If they can pull it off that way, I'd say yes, let's do it.  Otherwise,  it's more of the same to me.

@grandma2pkmh  I don't get why the IT department can't straighten out the issues regarding the forums. Your idea is a good one but only if they responded. I feel bad for the mods having to juggle all of our IT problems!!

It seems like a good idea but..........then IT would be flooded with all kinds of posts.

Not every problem is on the Q end, either.

IT should be on top of issues without being told that there is a problem.  It is their job to maintain a good running system.

I guess.  What do I know.

How would you post a problem if you were not able to log in?????  If the mods can't even log in, how would an IT expert log in?

I think if QVC just posted something that said they were making changes, upgrading, doing maintenance, etc. to the system, or something to that effect, it would save everyone a lot of frustration.  Just a thought.  :smileyhappy:

The IT Department knows when there is a problem with their system.  There are people working on every aspect of it functioning and not functioning every minute of every day.  If not, then that's a different problem.
