As far as I know, only the IT department at QVC has access to this information.

That´s the only way the Moderators could block someone by using the IP address so it would always be there.

Also when someone asks the Moderators for help, they would respond sometimes by saying I´ve sent you an email. That´s how they know your email address.

Your information is only available to you and only when you are logged into the system.  Other posters’ email and ip addresses are never visible to others.

I'm assuming by "nic" you mean nickname? (Not sure that's how it's spelled). But, could you please tell us what you are looking for? What are you trying to find out? BTW, I see nothing about searching in Forums and Blogs, so I'm not a good one to respond to this, but I'm curious what you're looking for.

@jannabelle1 ...At the top right hand side, you will see "Search Forums & Blogs"....You can type in your nickname...then in the block where it says "Community", you click on the arrow and hit "Users"...then "Go"....Your nickname will show up and you can click on your posts...I've used this feature in the past if I am searching for a certain post of mine.

I never noticed any personal info such as our IP Address & Email Address being visible before now, so it caused some concern.

@MyShadowLove.  You don’t have to do that to see all your posts. Just click on your name where you signed in.
Where your nic and notifications are.
