IDEAS PLEASE FOR A GREAT ALL-INCLUSIVE RESORT!!

Dh hates to travel, but I'd love to take a week and go to an all inclusive resort in the next few months. We have no children so it may be nice to go to a resort that is just all adults though I do like children.

Does anyone have any ideas if you've been to one and where it was and what you thought?

I'd love to stay in the U.S., but I don't think there are all inclusives here. Does anyone know that info too? Thanks for any info. We haven't been on a week long vacation for awhile--took 5 days around Thanksgiving for a trip to Asheville and TN, but that's about it.
