I never win anything but I went to a bingo last night with some women from my art class and won a basket!

It was held in a church hall and the proceeds are going to local charity. 

There must have been over 300 women and it was LOUD in the hall!  There were probably at least 150 baskets. 

I won an art basket filled with goodies!  There are colored pencils, pastels, a sketching kit, water colors, two sketch pads (on the back), a $50.00 gift card to a local bakery and a bottle of wine, all in a wooden box.

I plan on giving the basket to my son.  He's a very good artist and has recently taken up watercolors and I have been pleasantly surprised at how good he is!  

He does a lot to help us out and is coming over tomorrow to help his dad with some outdoor projects.

@haddon9   wow, that is truly a wonderful prize!  Loaded with goodies!  Must have been a nice surprise..I knkw I never win anything either, so I would be on the floor.  To sweet to give to your son, he will love it.

@haddon9  How nice to win that lovely gift basket!  Your son will be delighted, especially since he's into art.  Like you, I never win anything, until last year when I bought tickets for a local 50/50.   I won $600.  Shocked was an understatement!
