Retail is not a loyal business, it's cut throat, it's dollars and cents, and profit is everything.
It's real easy at home shopping and getting accustomed to familiar faces, and to some it's a comfort. But as sure as that feels, it's not real, they are people collecting salaries and off camera people not your friend.
Perhaps Q is changing strides, going with the "trends" even if they still go with Susan Graver. Somebody is buying her stuff bc the Q is making big bucks from her line.
As for Carolyn and Dan, many like them disappearing from the screen. Age doesn't fit in anymore. It's happening everywhere.

I really don't understand how people can be so naive about how big corporations function. It doesn't require working at one to know what's going on.   

The truth has been on real news and in real news media for several years.

Even politicians tell you what they will do for corporations if people actually watch and listen to facts. Why people allow themselves to be so easily fooled by certain media and by politicians is mind boggling.

When I see how Jenny Craig and WW are doing now, I see the Q as getting rid of long time workers there, to save them money.  This  sort of thing has gone on for years in my life time.  So it's not that they weren't liked or not good in their jobs, I' thinking it's more about "the economy" in today's world.

Speaking of rude....

Why should anyone follow a host's social media? Maybe people don't want to follow them. They aren't friends or relatives. They are/were salespeople who happen to be on tv. 

Besides, no one posts the full truth about how they're doing or their finances on social media.
