I'm I the only person that finds " I was Like"... "She was Like" .   one of the most annoyinng phrases.  I hear it constantly and it drives me nuts lol

I'm with you.  Valleyspeak is out of favor now but I suppose such habits are hard to break.

I have a twin sister who interjects..."You know what I mean?"...after just about every sentence that she utters...LOL

Have you ever wondered if we all probably have some "utterances" that annoy others?

Of course there are annoying things said.  I don't know why people started saying before answering a question or having a reply "Well, basically" .

Folks don't pronouce words correctly either, especially news broadcasters.  They say Tah day instead of today. or tempa chure instead of temperature.  Valentines Day has a lot of mispronounced sounds.  It's not ValenTIMES, its Valentine.  Not kindy garden either

I can't stand hearing "voice fry".

Also, words that end in "th" pronounced "f".  What is with that?

@aj1980 No, you aren't the only one.  It's nails on a chalkboard to me.  And it sounds so childish and immature.
