@YorkieonmyPillow

OMG, I do that all of the time.  Mind you, I'm parked in a garage that is attached to my house so it's not necessary.

Oh I can't believe they have a cartoon for that.  So I am not so strange after all!

I have a garage, but have 13 steps to walk up from garage to main floor.  I try and bring up all I can in one trip.

Yep, I do this all the time.  One step from the garage into the house, then a straight shot into the kitchen.  It's actually pretty sad since I'm supposed to be working on increasing my steps.

@GCR18

I know - the entrance to my garage is off the kitchen.  I think it's habit from when I parked on the street and didn't have an attached garage.

I just shopped Costco for the first time since May--last Thursday evening I think.

Oh, my.  I really needed four arms.  And then opening the Olay cosmetics and supplements/vitamins?  It was like breaking into Fort Knox to get through that tough plastic-clam barrier.

If I had had some geliignite (a/k/a plastic dynamite) around the house it would have worked to open some of those smaller items, maybe.  Took a long time with mere scissors.

The whole time, the 2 cats were circling my legs.  They must have thought I also was bearing catnip.

@Bird mama

The garage in the last house went into the cellar, then I went up stairs to get to the main floor.  I have no excuse now.  😀

Are you talking about those heavy duty plastic moulded enclosures?     I haven't tried it yet, but read somewhere that you can open the edge of those with your can opener!

I've always thought that any home that doesn't have the garage and house level with each other should have one of those old fashioned dumbwaiters ... just because!   Woman LOL
