Years ago when the Q was differnt in their offerings, they sold household items almost year round.,  The Holiday season would have lovely table linens, glassware, flatware, and serving pieces.  Those times are gone and it's just clothing, plug in items, tech junk, and hair care.

There's VPH stuff but it's the same ol same ol - nothing novel.

I miss those days past.

@Puzzle Piece    They still do sell everything you  mentioned.  Just type what you're looking for in the search bar.

I do remember some of the special offerings. I was thinking about them as I unwrapped a set of Victorian Christmas animal ornaments, reproductions from a museum and presented to us by Thomas Pacconi. They are so darling and I wish that I had purchased more of his artwork.

In the time I've been here we seem to have gone from tablecloths, stemware, flatware and posting holiday menus to Dixie plates and sleepwear.

The I Just Don't Bother Anymore crowd seems to do the majority of the shopping here.

I too, look back on my earlier years at The Q with GREAT fondness because I learned so much about entertaining, and was introduced to the Lenox brand, Valerie, Linda Dano and others whose names escape me at the moment.🥰

It is funny that Thomas Pacconi was mentioned, because I put out for display a special edition train of his this evening that I purchased from another home shopping channel several sunsets ago!😁 The quality is as excellent as the beautiful ornaments and decor I was fortunate enough to have purchased of his here.😊

I am still a HUGE Val Pal🥰, and cannot resist adding to my collection of seasonal home decor!👍 There are still brands that I have become loyal to because of my shopping relationship with The Q.😊

It's all the same stuff just under a different show title. I always check the items recently on air and a show at 9:00 am will have the same item on at 1pm and 4pm and it's not the TSV they do this for a few items for the day so it's nothing new or fresh. It's like day old bread everyday

@RoughDraft   Well, I can't agree.  Many items are not offered anymore.  It's just not the same.

@Puzzle Piece   Years ago lots of stuff interested me- most likely because we had so little.  I see plenty of variety offered now, but "stuff" no longer interests me.  You think what they offered has changed, I think the whole world has changed.

I'm interested in buying only things I can use up or use often, but if my attitude were like it used to be, I could most likely buy day after day.

I guess I'd say, the silver shows. The Diamonique shows. Love the look in jewelry. Now I can see her face, but her name is coming up in the brain roll a dex  I know it too, always watched all her shows.  I hate getting old.
