Mistakes happen sometimes. Before Christmas I received another
person's order from Kohls. I took it into their store and explained
the issue.
Of course I had to call corporate on my own to explain. Then my
order never came and I was asked to reorder which I did not. It
would have taken much longer then to receive. So I asked for a
refund and had complications with that. Had to call again because
my credit was not showing weeks later.
Sometimes it's easier to not buy online.

The first time I had that happen I just sent it back using the Q return label. I should have notified CS first because then there was a bit of a mix up getting my credit. So the next time it happened I made sure to alert CS first.

I wonder how that happens!
A while back, I received something I’d ordered and never even looked at the packing slip in the box. When the product fell apart as I was using it, I called QVC with a question about returning it.
The CS rep was the first to realize that I had received something intended for a person living in California! I’m in Florida! It appears we ordered the same item at just about the same time on the same day. She must not have looked at her packing slip either! Lol
The CS rep took care of refunding me right away to be sure I got my refund instead of the other person getting it. That never occurred to me so I’m glad that she was paying attention to all the details.

I picked up a package at my post office from QVC that was addressed to me. Upon opening the outside box, I knew it wasn’t mine. It is 2 pieces from the Temp-taxations line and belongs to a customer in Everett, WA. I will be returning the box to QVC using their prepaid label this week. Hopefully the person that ordered this sees this post. How it ended up on the East coast with me is a mystery.
This happened to me a few months back....I emailed CS telling them of the mix up as my order went to the other person LOL! I used the return label....and CS sent out my correct order right away. I would email or call them and let them know for sure.

mods will see this of course, but, I would have put this information over in customer service.

A few years ago I received 4 packages from Amazon that were not mine. They all belonged to a neighbor several buildings away, so I never contacted Amazon and I assume she didn’t either.
What really puzzled us was that 3 of those boxes arrived at my front door, but not on the same day or even in the same week. The 4th was locked into my mailbox instead of arriving via the usual delivery truck.

@Steelers24 I suggest you send an email to:
QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com They are extremely helpful in situations like this. Send all your account info and what you received.

I certainly hope the person who didn't receive their order didn't pay for the return shipping too.
