@Judaline   it is beyond frustrating. I feel your frustration, I really do!!!!   They don't list phone number easily on their site anymore. In fact can anyone here reading this let me know if they list it, and where???. I for one need to talk to a real CS rep when I have had to call (it's not often) used to be easy, clicked your order, and a few more clicks ...and it gave you the number.  They even had an option, for them to call you right back. It was great. No more. While back had to do a search for number, now I keep it in my contact list.  First time took me 36 minutes to find phone number. They don't have the service they used to,at all. Everything is going the way of automatic, AI, and that doesn't always help.  Good luck!

Yes, So Frustrating !!

I'm writing all of these down. If I have trouble again I'll have a whole list.

A real person? I'd better write your number down, too. My first two were terrible.

Yes, a real person

Things seem weird these days with Amazon.  My last order, as I was watching for delivery, I saw it was delivered.   Not on my porch.  Smiley Sad   I came back in the house and looked at the picture and saw that it was on somebody else's porch.

I set out on my street and found it.

I had another order that was scheduled for Friday.  Good, as I needed the item.   But no movement on the tracking and then it said - sorry it's late.  Will be delivered on Saturday.  I watched it all day yesterday and, again, no movement on the tracking in terms of being loaded or out for delivery.

This morning I looked again and it says it will be delivered today but still no further tracking info since Friday.   Fingers crossed I guess.

Spoke to someone at Amazon a few hours ago and the number I've always used is 888-280-4331.

Someone told me years ago that it depends on the State. Don't know how true that is.

Two months ago I spoke with an employee about an order and she lives about 30 minutes from where I live. She named 2 Farmers Market and Grocery Stores and we shop at the same places.

Go to Amazon.

Search: Call Amazon Customer Service.

Click:  Contact Us

Follow the prompts and request a call back.

They usually call back within a minute or two.

Re: I need your help

[ Edited ]

If you do call, you will not get through directly,  first they will ask if they can email or text you to verify it's you and your account.  Once you say yes to either option, they send you a link which you have to click on.  Once you click on it then the AI bot will ask you a few questions, before you can get to an actual person.

I asked Alexa a few quesions and she ended by saying,

'I need help.' Poor thing, I don't know if it was a male or female or AI. Just imagine how busy their lines are and they probably can't handle them all.
