I need suggestions

I will be having major surgery in the next week or two. This will involve the abdominal area. When Butterscotch is on one of her fast runs, she often jumps on my stomach and keeps running. Even if she just sits with me that's where she likes to lay. I know I can close my bedroom door at night, but how can I stop from jumping on my stomach her during the day?
