As some of you know I volunteer in animal rescue. Last year we had a little dog, Philip, that needed liver shunt surgery. We raised money for his surgery. It was touch and go, but he recovered, and was adopted to a school principal. Last night, while at the pet sitter, he got away. He is lost in Chicago. Other volunteers and myself are sick with grief. His parents are sick with grief. Rewards have been posted and people are out looking for him. I believe in the power of positive thinking and prayer for those who pray. It happens to be bring your dog to work day, and I have one of my dogs with me. We are going to sit on the floor and send our best energy his way in hopes he finds his way to someone who will help him. I am asking any of you who can help to just send out to the universe positive thoughts that this little 9 pounds guy will be found in the big city. He has been through so much in his short little life. Thank you in advance. I always appreciate the network of animal lovers we have on this board and appreciate each and every one of you. I will update you as I get news I promise. He has been lost since yesterday, and has not been sighted so far.
