I need a pep talk.

Okay ladies, I admit that I need a pep talk...maybe a little encouragement not to talk to my ex again. That's why they call it ex, right?...I've made up my mind to walk away from a bad relationship. (No, no abuse.) I don't want to get sucked back in by this man. He's a smooth talker, and we do have a grown son together. We have managed to stay friendly all of these years, but I can see how it would be easy to let it turn into more, and I don't want to do that. I know that it would never work, and would just be better to leave things as they are. Thanks for the help, I know I can count on you all.
