I'm so mad!

Just rec'd the Philosophy purity (3) 3oz. cleansers & (3) 30 count cloths facials, but one pkg. of the facial cloths is missing. Only rec'd 2!  This is supposed to be a Xmas gift!

Have sent email to social team, but what good is it going to do at this point, 5 days before the holiday?! Grrrrrr

 

UPDATE:

Just "chatted" with cust. serv. online and they said they will reduce my cost by $14.49.

@summerbreeze44.  Cant you just give the gift with the two packs?  The recipient won't know there were supposed to be three.

I understand your disappointment, but I would do what @Kachina624 says and call the Q for a small credit since you didn't get one item @summerbreeze44 .

That sounds good but it was supposed to be for 3 separate small gifts.

Can you take the facial cloths out that you do have, separate them into three bundles, and give them that way?

 

You can always roll them up with a bow and gift them with the other things.
