Yes, and I'll wager I'm a lot older than bikerbabe. I graduated last spring at age 53, nailed the boards in August, and started my new career a week before my 54th birthday.
When I went off to college at 17, one of my roommates was majoring in Nursing. I clearly remember thinking that this was one profession I'd never be interested in.
Life is strange.
