I know that some people order multiples of items, knowing in advance that they are going to keep one or two and return the others. And I know one woman I work with orders things just to "see what they look like", she has no intentions of keeping anything. I've never done that, I would never do that. Even when I am not quite sure about an item, I order using the pay by check option and if I change my mind, I call CS and cancel the order. Now I'm wondering. Am in the minority? Do most QVC shoppers do the order/return dance on a regular basis?
