I'm So Tired / Feel Letdown

I just cannot get motivated. My house is a mess, and there still is Xmas stuff to put away.

I do feel let down. My family agreed to not exchange gifts because we have had so many medical expenses with my mother being in a nursing home.

My B-day was on the 27th, and my family and I spent the day at the nursing home celebrating Xmas. It really didn't feel like my birthday. I do know that we gave Mom the best Christmas we could have. I guess that is really all that matters. I do need to count my blessings. I could be a resident in the nursing home.
