If I didn't say something like that, how would others reading the thread know that the gushing is possibly premature b.s.? Readers would be thinking, "wow, that sounds great. Maybe I should buy," when the gushing poster may just be a shill paid to post glowing reviews here, or simply an ignoramus who doesn't understand how to judge the quality of an item.

And there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I know when I have voiced my opinion on something it wasn't received favorably and I thought the person was childish to say the least. Whatever you do NEVER say you think crocs or birks are ugly. Why anyone would take that personally is just baffling to me. We all have different taste in clothing, shoes and skincare.

It's excused by saying it's an opinion and they have a right to express it. IMO it's rude and done to try to make others feel inferior while making themselves feel superior.

So often I just sit and read, especially at the topics that go all crazy. It's hysterical. But when stuff is written and it's so much nonsense, I must chime in. I just can't help it.
