@godi Having had the most wonderful parents any child could have, believe me, I have many beautiful memories. My sister and I were very fortunate and to this day, even though they have been gone for many, many years I am still thanking them for the life they gave us.

I remember one time when daddy and I were talking at their 50th wedding anniversary party, he said to me: "When I got mad at your sister I stayed mad for a while but when I got mad at you it was over very fast." That's because I was "daddy's girl."

He gave me my love for books...he had a book of Robert Burns Poetry along with other books of poetry: "The Golden Treasury Of Songs and Poems." The best songs and lyrical poems in the English language and arranged with notes.

Plus "The Poems Of Oliver Wendell Holmes and of course "Burns Life And Works" with a Chronological Table Of His Life And Works." And I still have all three of those books. I can only hope when I am gone that my daughter Stacy will keep them and pass them on to Lindsay.

I apologize Godi, I didn't mean to go into a lengthy story but once I got started, well, you see the results.

@godi I love flowers as well. Last week the UPS man came to my door and handed me a long box, there was a FTD flower symbol on the side. I opened it and to my surprise, it was from Chewy. I burst into tears as it was for the loss of my baby, TOBY SNOW.

Flowers can invoke feelings of love, joy, a memory of someone and the smells envelope you and transform you to different times.
