My hand's up! Another fan of 7-layer salad. I found one online that's close to the one I had at a friend's house. I've never made it for myself.

ETA: It's the only way I'll eat peas.

I believe my mothers has lettuce, onion, celery, grated cheddar, bacon, mayo/sour cream mixture (she adds a tsp or so of sugar to it, so it isn't too tangy), and peas (not in that order ). Simple, easy, delicious!

Only green ones I can stand. Now I do love black-eyed peas and cream peas as well. English peas...blech!

I don't like peas to this day. When I was young my aunt would say eat your peas before you get up from the table. We would put them in our napkin and toss them after she left the table..lol..

Shorty, this happened with me as well. Our family were on vacation and about to go swimming. My parents called room service and on my plate were English Peas. I knew there would be a problem...my parents always made us eat every thing on the plate. Well I was not going to eat those peas. I sat there for a long time being told until I ate them...no swimming. Well I decided to hide them in the dresser drawer and my stepfather being suspicious look around and found them. I was told I would have to eat them or stay in our room. I stayed in our room.

We love fresh or frozen peas. (NEVER out of a can) We also love snow peas.
