They lived in the French Quarter apartments by me when I was a teen. They had matching cars.  I will try & catch that commercial. Thx.

@LavernLuvsShoes  There are two links. Did you watch the one which starts out with a girl sitting on her bed trying to get a breath?

Yep! - Listened to it a couple of times, and while it was a nice voice, it was just not Bill's.

Look for the What a Wonderful World version on you tube that has Louis Armstrong's original spoken introduction.  I LOVE that!   Nothing to do with this topic I understand, but his words are a treasure!

@Sooner  this song by Louis Armstrong brings tears to my eyes and also "It's not easy Being Green" no matter who sings it, I'm a "gonna".

I'm no vocal expert, so I don't know the answer.

But many artists are hired for voice impressions,  voice mimicking, voice impersonation....and sometimes singers just sound similar.

Since no credits for vocals are provided,  we may never know

I never thought of that but you're right. I tried to email Trelegy but they wanted my medical profession, lol. I should have realized they don't have a clue about that stuff. I would have to find out who wrote the commercial - like guffy-rankin or someone and you know what, it's just not that important to me to go thru all that. I heard the commercial today and I know it was Bill Medley unless it was an impersonator hired to sound like him. It could very well be.

Thank you all for your participation. It was a fun ride!

I could find nothing online about the music used in that Trelegy ad. (There was a lot of hatred for Michael Buble’s version of Feeling Good in an earlier Trelegy ad, however.) I don’t know who sings Wonderful World in the subject ad, but it is definitely NOT Bill Medley. Not even close.
