I've gotten it 4 times now......I just go up and hit the left arrow and then try to get on again.....and have each time.....

It is a gliche in the Q........

I'm getting it too and I thought it was because of a firefox update I did today. I'm using chrome now and no problem. I thought it was just firefox.
