If the baby goes to maylasia with the mother she will loose her citizen ship because she can't be dual and can only stay in maylasia for 90 days and the mother wants to live there forever so she will loose it,

I hope it works out too. Again, I tried to get them not to marry or get pregnant until she was an American but here we are now and it does not look good but my hands are tied and I am glad they are tied. I can't take this on. That precious baby........she has my heart and I love her more than life.

It's lose, not loose.

Should be some type of law for babies (born in the U.S. to a U.S. parent) to remain citizens, because it isn't their fault that their parents might not want them to be US citizens. It should be the babies' choice/decision when they become 18 or 21 yrs. old.

RRR, what a soap opera, right? My only other comment is DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, NO, NO, NO! Things have a way of working themselves out. Just hang back.

RRR I am so sorry everything is beginning too unravel. I know you love Jasmine and of course don't want to see her leave the United States. I wish I had some answers for you but all I can do is send good thoughts and hope it all works out so that your precious granddaughter will be able to say in the States. God Bless and take care of yourself.

she will be able to get a green card because she is married to a citizen. her son has to start the process by filling out the paperwork, making sure all documents are translated into english by an official translator, and by submitting appropriate fees. it can be tedious, but not that difficult. you can do it yourself OR you can get a lawyer who specializes in immigration.

.....and once she gets her green card then after a few years she can apply for citizenship.

I am not giving them any money. I really don't have it now. I have been doing things for me and getting new tires and things worked on. I don't have it to give and I have to have a few days for emergency. I will not give them any money...........I have done that for two years and for my son for all his life..........no more. I don't have it.

She can't get legal aid for food or shelter or anything and my son has to make enough money to care for her and they have guidelines as to what he has to make and she does not want to be a citizen in the USA...........so I don't know what she will do......time is running out.........she is out of college and was supposed to go back him but his step mom is trying to find out some tihngs and they may come back here and stay with his dad for one month until they can get on their feet but if she can't work they won't get on their feet and I am not letting them live with me again.........it did not work the last time.
