Thanks guys, I can't imagine wearing he same thing for a week without being laundered, especially being a female. I bet there are all kinds of smells happening in jail and/or prisons.

On Oz, they always slept in their clothes. Happily, television is the extent of my prison knowledge.

Yep, me too PurpleBunny. I am really surprised that they would allow inmates to use irons. I would think they could use them as a weapon and hit someone in the head with it.

RE: underwear....wasn't there an elected official that wins on the "pink underwear" ballot? Arizona? All the guys have to wear pink. There's a show on MSNBC called "Lockup" that plays on the weekend evenings. I usually fly by it (depresses me to watch!), but I'll have to make note next time!

I think in prison.....if they are smart.....they sleep fully clothed. If you get my drift....
