There was a single winner in last night's Powerball drawing. The winning ticket was sold at Joe's Service Center in Altadena, about 15 miles outside of downtown Los Angeles. The one time lump sum payment would be $929 million.

If a 100 people had the right numbers, then they would split the pot. If one 1 had all the winning numbers the pot is all his. Not a difficult concept. That's how the game is played.
Um, okay. That makes sense. I never buy lottery tickets, so I really had no idea.
I still think it would be more beneficial if more could take advantage.
