I guess I'm one of those model customers that the Q loves. I have several items at home that I never returned because it was too much trouble. Now I'm stuck with them and the Q has my money.

I have two Susan Graver sweaters. I ordered one in my size and it was way too big. I did send it back and ordered 2 sizes down and it was too tight. So I kept this one and ordered the in-between size. It came and it's smaller than the two sizes down. No Quality Control there, that's for sure. I still have them both. Oh, and the necks were totally off and the sleeves were stitched wrong. They are a mess and I'll never wear them.

I ordered glass bakeware that has a non-stick coating on it. Three sets. One for me and one for each of our daughters. Well, I never gave them to my daughters cause I used mine and it says the coating will wear off if you put them in the dishwasher. So, they get washed by hand. Also, can't use any kind of knife cause it will cut the coating. Just a pain. So I have two sets still in the boxes that will never be used.

I love the Women With Control Pants and I always order a specific size. Well, I got some gray ones in my normal size and I can hardly get them one. Funny thing is, I order some peddle pushers in the size smaller because I'm losing weight and they fit much better and are not too tight. The gray ones, even though I'm losing weight, I still cannot wear because they about cut my in two. So now I have pants that don't fit that I didn't send back.

I have two bathing suits from QVC that I ordered a couple years ago that are too small. I kept them thinking I would wear them some day but I never did. They still have the tags on them.

Every sentence begins with "I". How terrible. I'm not even good with grammar.

Anyway, boy am I lazy. Had I returned all these items, I probably would have received "the letter".

Is anyone else as lazy as I am when it comes to returns? Or am I single handedly making QVC richer?
