I am so disappointed.....

I ordered Prepology's 5 Piece Non-stick Microgrill set..K37115

UPS just delivered it to my home...

I open the box and find used dishes....

Dish # 1 has caked on baked on food..

Dish # 2 has a large greasy area with finger prints..

And the "press" has caked on baked on food...

Called QVC & CS said ..Oh..send it back..(Of course I Will!)

They do not have any more "red"

This item is supposed to be new and launched over

a week ago...

They are going to ship this out to someone as "As Is" or,

as a new item....

My sister told me to just wash it, as I had intended to wash

a "new set" anyway.... I will think of it, after I cool down...

What ever happened to quality control...???
