I am searching in MY ACTIVITY and it is gone?

I am confused???? I wrote a subject yesterday to see where I can go and chat with others about our elections and it is gone now? I just wanted to know a site to visit so I can learn all that is going on. WHY would the Q poof that post? I did not ask questions I just wanted to know where to go online? What was the harm of that post? I don't understand and that is why I am asking.
