On June first I ordered a beautiful watch from JR my first purchase from her line.... I used a check hold. I waited and waited... And I still did not receive my watch... I called my bank on the 11th of June and they told me that indeed the check was cashed by QVC ... I called again and this time spoke to someone in the customer service dept. and they told me the order was being processed... But, you received my check cashed it .. you never sent me my order?... Wait three business days if you do not receive the watch call us back and meanwhile I called UPS ... those fools at QVC sent it regular mail....I checked with my main post office here... A package was never delivered to my address.... I waited a few days later. The 14th of June and called again this time they said they sent it out today.... Wonderful!!! I waited nothing... I never to this day got my money back or my JR watch that I was looking forward to
Which for me was quite a pricey purchase...This morning finally got another update e-mail that they sent it out this time UPS...You know how many watches I could have gotten by now....Buyer beware... if I get this watch or not... This will be my last order to QVC....Thank you for listening...I needed to vent!
