Special K makes some new ones called Pastry Crisps and you don't heat them. They are neither pastry OR crisp and the filling is yucky except for the berry. But they are only 100 calories for a package of two of them.

I bought three different flavors and tasted one out of each box. If is turns out to be something really good I will sometimes hide it behind other things in the cabinet so that my husband doesn't gobble the whole package up. He hasn't touched these. Guess he thinks if they are out in the open, they must not be too good. ${#emotions_dlg.sneaky}$
