I don't know which leg makeup Desert Lily used, but I have recommended Sally Hansen leg makeup on this board several times. The tube packaging is much easier to use and less messy than the spray version. I apply the lightest shade mixed with my body lotion. It doesn't run, smear, transfer, or sweat off.

Thanks! So you mix it with your body lotion to apply?  I am concerned about it rubbing off on clothing and other things.

Yes, I mix it with my body lotion. I put a dollop of each in the palm of my hand and mix it together a bit before putting on my legs. I find that it applies more evenly and smoothly that way. After I apply I put on a robe and go about finishing my morning routine. By the time I dress it is completely set. I have never had it rub off on my clothes. I guess if someone was wearing something really tight on the bottom it might, but it has never transferred to my skirts, dresses, or shorts.
