But I'm pleased to say it was corrected with no problem.

My 3rd or 4th time ordering Egg Harbor 4 lbs Tail off jumbo cooked shrimp ( very good by the way)  and it arrived today. When I opened the box and pulled out the instructions for cooking I noticed the instructions were for cooking scallops ! What ?  so I opened one of the 4 bags and yep it was scallops not shrimp.

I took a picture of the cooking instructions and a bag of the scallops, called member service and a very nice CS rep named Angelica apologized said no need to send the picture and reordered my shrimp to arrive by 11/13.

First time ever having a ship of the wrong product in over 20 yrs of shopping QVC. Angelica told me no need to ship back the scallops. I don't eat scallops so I will give them away. Thanks again Angelica !

I've received wrong orders ever year - usually clothing.  I just send them back.

I don't feel like I made out like a bandit at all, it was a seller issue that needed to be corrected. As I said this was the first time I have ever had this problem with a QVC order and I wanted them to make it right and they did. I am giving the scallops away to a friend. Those darn shrimp are not cheap right ?

Oh no, what did you do with all those expired Bagels? I would have broke them up and pieces and fed them to the birds.
