I would be one of those. Years ago I was banned for posting a link to the Insider. I only got back in with the last major forum change.

Honestly, that makes no sense whatsoever - banning someone for posting a link to the Insider for their own products.  LOL

I don't see any consistency.  Someone can mention another company... and the post is allowed.  If an actual link is posted it gets banned (but not all the time).  It would seem the Insider should be allowed since it belongs to the Q and it promotes Q products.  Why should the Q care who buys and when.  Makes no sense.  What I always find rather funny is I usually post " I LIKE WHAT WAS PRESENTED... I WILL JUST WAIT FOR CLEARANCE OR AS IS."  That in itself should be suspect since it encourages everyone to wait it out.  LOL

I think two of the key words in these posts are IT Dept. From all the problems I have seen with QVCs website, etc. I think they need a new IT dept.

Ditto.  I stopped getting QVC emails in late Oct.  Somehow my email preferences were zeroed out, so I reset them.  So now I do get order status emails and program reminders, but not promotional emails (e.g., TSV previews, flash sales, etc.)  I've called CS multiple times regarding Insiders gone missing to have a replacement copy sent.

Then I started getting TSV emails again over the weekend, so I hoped the problem was fixed.  That lasted all of 3 days, since I didn't get a TSV email for today.  And, no, it didn't go to junk/spam since I greenlighted QVC's address

I had been using my old Insider email to access the current copy, and now that has stopped working - all I get is a black screen w/white dot in the center.

At least I know I'm not crazy, since there are multiple threads on this topic.

You would think that QVC would be sick of reading all these complaints! I would be okay with not getting the emails, just let the TSV order numbers and link for InsideQ be posted. I don't see what the big deal is, some of us are getting them anyway, these aren't state secrets that are being revealed!
