I wonder if TWC could possibly be any worse than Frontier in Ct. If a whole week goes by without losing tv reception or internet it's a home run week.

I have TWC and the service is pretty good, however it seems like anytime I turn around the price goes up.

I hear so many complaints about them around the country.  Hope they get it together soon!

We have TWC but my in laws have Direct TV and it is so much worse. Any little wind or rain and they have no TV!  It is really ridiculous!

All cable networks have outages. It's inevitable. Once I discover they're working on it, I pretty much chill for at least 3 hrs. After 4 hrs I start to get annoyed.

Agree that abbreviations should be explained  --at least once at the beginning of the comment.  I also thought it was about the Weather Channel.   Which I really refer to a lot with relatives in other parts of the country and close family members travelling a fair amount.  We have comcast here.   Too expensive, but is reliable.    Sorry about your challenges with your cable provider.    Hope things get much better soon.  Thanks.

I really dislike TWC too. So many problems with them over the past couple of yrs. Where we lived before we had ATT Uverse and we could not have been happier with them but they weren't available in our new area until recently. Last week they came by and let us know that they were now available in our area and we switched. We are getting all we were getting before (phone, internet and tv) for $70 less and we are getting Epix, Sundance and a few other channels we don't have added to that. We already had Show HBO, Cin, and a few others I can't think of right now. Plus while just one of our Tvs recorded and the others were able to play back (DVR) now all of our TVs will be able to record. We can also record up to 4 shows at a time on the DVR and with TWC it was only two. They come to set up this Thursday and I am thrilled. Can't wait to say goodbye to TWC. We had so many problems with the internet not working for hours at a time and the TV pixelating constantly. Plus on top of all that we got a $100 visa gift card for switching.

I loved the days when you had a tower and you`re  viewing was free.  I am sorely tempted to reconnect.  It is expensive to watch 8 to ten shows, so much garbage on nowadays.
