So, here I was, sitting on my couch cruising the forums, when I heard a woman screaming and yelling and cussing up a storm in the alley that goes behind my house.

It appeared that she had mental issues, and/or was on a bad meth trip.

I called 9-1-1 to do a drive by to encourage her to move on, and I always get so nervous when calling them. I barely could remember my own address and phone number.

This female was banging on my back fence with something.

She has since moved on, before the police got here.

My county, like a lot of areas is infested with meth addicts.

I don't know what the answer is, but I sure wish that something would be done about it.

What a scary thing to have happen near your home.   It's so frightening because you never know what they are going to do next.

One of our neighbors had a guy somehow get into their fenced yard and was pounding on their back door demanding to be let into their house.    The husband told him that if he tried to get into the house he was going to shoot him.   My neighbor said guy was obviously high on something and that made it all the more frightening.

I'm so glad that she moved on but it's too bad she wasn't there when the police arrived.

I would never answer my door if someone I didn't know was pounding on it.

That must have been scary.  She moved on but it's good that yo did call 911, they police know she's in the area now.  They can keep an eye out for her.

@Anonymous032819Does your job allow you to relocate to another city?

@ann1989 This happens in all areas of the country. Relocating makes no difference.

@Anonymous032819.  I think it's very unwise of you to confront someone like that, even in your car.  They can be totally unpredictable.   She could pick up a large rock and heave it through your windshield.  Let the cops handle it.

Well it must be hidden pretty darn well where I live because I've never seen any meth heads.

@Kachina624: I don't think the OP said she personally drove by. She mentioned calling 911 and with a request for the police to drive by.

I live in Texas. Many people are packin’. Unless you are completely strung out on something, you won’t be banging on anyone’s door, especially at night.
