I have 2 stair lifts in my house. I am unable to navigate stairs. Last night one stopped working. I called the company this morning, no answer, I called a second time and the number was changed. I made a third call, and finally got this rude irate man. He said I had worked myself to the bottom of the answer list, he said I had called 17 times(I had not). Later he said Ii had called 19 times. He started yelling aand saying he is professional and he didn't care what my problem is. I kept saying just give me the number of the service person. After 5 minutes of yelling and screaming at me, he gave me the number. I gaurantee if I have to have another stairlift it won't be Jameson Medical.
I can't believe any person could be so rude.
