I have been a true QVC member for 15 yrs. I have always paid my bills on time NEVER late.

Last November my sister was in Hospice and the doctors said it could be any day. She stayed in Hospice for a little over a month before she passed. At this time I was staying with her family and visiting her everday. I live 3 hours away from where she was hositalized therefore most of my days and hours were with her. I not realizing it missed 2 payments and after the funeral and getting myself mentally back together I paid them including late fees. I was just notifed that my limit has been reduced to $50. My limit went from $1000 to $50. I naturally was so upset I paid off my entire balance and cancelled my Q card. I realize that it was my fault those 2 months but what about the last 15 years. I didn't know where to post this and just felt I needed to share.
