I just got back from the gym, where for the first time in I don't know how long, I did a bit of jogging! I like to try and do 2 miles in about 30 minutes on the treadmill, and today, I challenged myself to jogging. I actually was able to jog 1/2 of 1 mile!

I know that isn't very much, or very far, but when you are as out of shape as I am, it is an accomplishment. Hopefully, I'll be able to expand on that. Hopefully.

Then I hit the various weight machines. I was able to leg press 100 pounds! Woo-hoo!

So, yeah, I'm worn out, but it's a good kind of worn out.
