Husband that lies

I posted a few weeks ago in another threa about this. Anyway, my husband of of 31 years has been lying about our finances and his job. He has not been paid for 4 years and has spent our savings and has continued to work without being paid. All the while believing that it would pay off. He only told me about this mess as he needed money to pay our mortgage and insurance. Mind you, i work part time. We are now broke. That is a problem, but my biggest gripe is that he lied to me about such big things. I don't know what to do. We have one child, 25 and on her own. I cannot even afford to leave him or divorce him as half of nothing is nothing. Any words?
