No patience for filthy rapists and molesters.

If the victims are willing to go through another trial, so be it. They deserve justice.

There are many reasons for a hung jurty and it's not always based on the case.

 

I was on a jury that was hung. It was traumatic because someone got away with child abuse because 1 juror was biased about skin color.  Luckily the state retried the guy and he finally pleaded guilty. 

 

I was a witness in a case that ended up with a hung jury. Later, a couple of jurors said they couldn't find someone who wears a prosthetic guilty even if they were. Really?

There is such a thing as the Constitution. It affords defendants the right to a trial by an impartial jury. You may not like it, but that's the way it is. And prosecutors don't retry cases an indeterminate amount of times, or even, necessarily, multiple times in all situations. That's just silly and an over exaggeration. It is done on a case by case basis and is based on many different factors.
