Low humidity is rarely a problem in Oregon this time of year. It’s 99% outside and it’s not even raining.

Learn something everyday. I never even heard of a whole house humidifier. 😆

We get very dry weather here, too. It can get in the single digits for many days.
Using a humidifier works for my house. I actually use two Air Innovations top-fill humidifiers in my house when the humidity gets really low and that does work to bring the humidity up to where it's comfortable. I couldn't survive in extreme dry conditions like where you live. I was there in the spring one year long ago. It wasn't too bad then but I can imagine it getting much drier.
