How would you interpret this~~

There is a cemetery that I frequent. Most of the deceased are from the 1800's until the present. There is particular area that I am drawn to. It is a plot fenced in with four children, ages from one year to seven years old. On their headstones, along with names and dates of birth and death, it says SUFFER ALL LITTLE CHILDREN TO COME~~
