How to stop telemarketer calls....on do not call list!!

My husband has received more than 10 calls just today from a number that I have researched on the internet. There are many complaints listed but I don't know what to do about it. They include a site to register a complaint, but I am almost afraid of putting our info out there any further.

Is there a legitimate way to handle this? I have our cell phones on a do not call list. I found a "block call" app but he just has a basic cell phone.

It is purely harrassment!
