How to stop counter surfing

Need your help....we just adopted our 2nd greyhound, Sophie, about 5 months ago. She recently has started counter surfing. I need some advise to break this habit of hers. I never had this issue before. We tell her "no" but as soon as you walk away she is back checking out the counter. We do not leave anything out, food wise, for her to get too...but if I am preparing dinner and turn my back for a split second she is up surfing the counter. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!! Thank you
