Oh, nothin'.... just in the middle of an interview.... really? Hahaha.... uh huh.... hmmm.... that's great! Well, I'm gonna have to call you back. Gotta finish this interview!"
I was like...............
I had the interviewer, be just as rude.
Well, they are allowed to.....the interviewee should have turned off her phone.

You got that right...I would not have given her another chance. How rude and unprofessional that woman was.

I'd want to meet her and see what her deal is. I'd also give her feedback that her constantly rescheduling the interview was unprofessional and reflects poorly on her as a candidate. So she should really keep that in check going forward.

And to think people put their best foot forward during the application and interview processes.

Oh yeah! I'd have to meet this person who had the nerve to jerk the interviewer around for a whole day and still not make the date. I certainly would not hire someone that was that unreliable.

Sounds like her phobia would possibly get in the way of making deadlines, working with other people and doing and all around good job. She screams "difficult person" to me and I'd not want her working in my organization. but I'd definitely give her feedback when we finally got to the interview so she was aware how she came across and the problem it caused.

For a person who hasn't interviewed much, or at all it is scary. Even calling them back, after they left a voice mail.
op- Scheduling twice was nice, third time no.

Oh my gosh!! Red flags, sirens, bells and whistles. I agree with you. But on her next call, I'd end it.
