Re: How often do you watch QVC?

Never. I used to watch it once in a while back in the early 90's but I guess I just got bored and haven't watched it since. There are so many better places to order from than the Q,

Re: How often do you watch QVC?

I record fashion, shoes, bag and linen shows only and fast forward through them. If I see something appealing I stop it and watch. Don't have the patience to watch the long presentations, think they should move along a little faster.

Re: How often do you watch QVC?

2-3x week, mostly apparel... but it doesn't hold my complete attention so I'm usually eating breakfast or doing housework during it. My favorite part is seeing how the models are styled.

I cut cable last year so don't watch a lot of other programming. The Rachel Maddow show and sometimes Law & Order reruns or Dateline from my computer. Probably 4-5 hours of real viewing/week, mostly to let my brain go off.

Re: How often do you watch QVC?

Maybe because I am getting old, but I just do not see it in same light that I once did. Seems to me that getting the right size is very hard anymore. Also I start thinking more about not gathering in but instead about clearing out .................

I never watch QVC programming, haven't for probably 11-12 years or so. If somebody says look at so and so's hair or clothes or something, I will click on Watch Live but I don't shop at the Q so have no reason to watch their programming.

minky....have a question.....if you don't watch the Q or purchase anything from them, then why do you use their boards to chit chat with others.....????? Do you think that is really fair to the Q?????

A MODEST PROPOSAL FOR USING THE QVC BOARDS:

1) BOARD USERS MUST WATCH QVC AT LEAST 10 HOURS OER WEEK AND PURCHASE AT LEAST $100 PER MONTH

2) POSTERS WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO POST ON THE BOARD THEY BUY FROM; I.E. BEAUTY PURCHASERA CAN ONLY POST ON BEAUTY FORUM, ETC

3) IF YOUR VIEWING OR PURCHASING DROPS BELOW THE LEVEL SUGGESTED YOU WILL BE BANNED

4) LARGE PURCHASERS AND HEAVY VIEWERS $500+ AND 100 HOURS PER MONTH, WILL BE ALLOWED THE PRIVILEGE OF NEER BEING EDITED BY WEBBIE

5) THE "GOLD CLUB" WHO SPEND AT LEAST $1000 PER MONTH, WILL BE ABLE TO POST ON ANY "CONTROVERSIAL TOPIC" THEY CHOOSE-

Sound good? come on ladies, these boards are a money maker for the Q and everyone knows it- they hope we will hear about items we wish to purchase from others, hope that we will tune in to see "what the?" that someone posts and hey, just the ads on the sides of the BB are something most retailers would KILL for, exposure-wise..

I can't believe all the one- upping here- either by how LITTLE they watch or by how MUCH...A chaque son gout.....

Re: How often do you watch QVC?

Not very often. Usually only if it's a product I really want to see and even then, most times I will just pull up the video on qvc.com instead.

If it's something brand new I'm interested in with no video yet, then I might watch (if I hear about it in time, LOL).

Otherwise, I don't watch unless I just can't find anything I like on TV at the moment.
