Never ever. Weird, huh?

One more for the camp of never have, not planning to.
The people I know in RL all look much better in person than in the photos they take of themselves. I always marvel that their egos win out over their vanity when they post selfies on social that make them look 10 years older, 30 pound fatter, and with bad skin on top of it, which they don't have in RL. I have to run to YouTube and watch kitten videos just to blot it all out.

iPhone Picture Tip:
You can use your headset as a camera remote.
Prop your phone up to face angle &
use the volume control as a shutter button.
This will alllow an add'l three feet to the camera.
Thanks! I'll try this. Sometimes I want to take a selfie with kittycat, for my family. Needless to say, he won't be of much help doing this
This tip will be perfect for kitten-cat!
You could get it set up, with the volume control in your lap,
then sweet kitty can crawl up next to you & you're snapping
pictures without him knowing!

I think it's great that they can have fun and share that joy without obsessing about how old, fat, or pimply they might look. What a refreshing change! ![]()

Totally agree.
My friends are beautiful inside & out.
IMO, if I thought ugly like that ^^^, they wouldn't be my friends...
or they probably wouldn't be friends w/ me!

Who said anything about "fun" or "joy"? I didn't. That's not what those photos were about.
Besides, if you saw them and knew the women, you'd understand my point. They make themselves look awful, and it's just because they won't learn how to take good photos. I guess they figure since everyone else is uploading atrocious garbage, it's okay. I think it's sad. There's nothing "refreshing" about being a lemming; quite the opposite.

I would never understand any of the points you make.

I don't at all. I tried it a few times. There aren't enough apps on the planet to make me look good.
