Kauai is not a state though.
no it's not but the only time we spent in Hawaii was just long enough to get on another plane and head to Kauai.............................raven

I have visited 48 of 50 states. I haven't been to Indiana and Hawaii--gonna take some work to get those covered! I want to go tomorrow, but I'm having bad back and bad knees right now.
Foreign: Mexico, Canada, England, France, Germany, Czech Rep., Hungary, Austria, Switzerland.

I couldn't agree more! DH and I went to the Bahamas before we went to the Florida Keys. Once we got to the Keys, I looked at him and asked why we ever bothered with the Bahamas. I'll spend my money at home, too.

I think counting my own state it is 28 that I've been in or visited. I still have more to see, obviously. I've spent three summers in England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. I've been all over British Columbia, Edmonton, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward, and Quebec in Canada. Many many more places are on the horizon.

I have visited every state except for Nebraska, Alaska, Wyoming, South Dakota and North Dakota.
Countries have been Mexico, Canada, Bahamas, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, France, Italy, Spain, Andorra, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Poland, Austria, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, England, Ireland, Isle of Mann, Greece, Morocco, Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania. Oops, Puerto Rico and DR too. My dad traveled (and lived) a lot internationally for work the last 15 yrs of his life and he brought us along with him. A few of these places we were there only there for 48 to 72 hours though.
