I work out 1 hour a day for 5 days a week. 1/2 cardio 1/4 light weights and 1/4 core. A friend of mine says it should be 7 days a week. I believe in balance and time to rest. Anyone have an opinion?

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.
